Project background: reliability requirements of the blast furnace electrical control system
The MPG100 unit of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Yongfeng Lingang Co., Ltd. is an important part of the blast furnace production process, and its electrical control system undertakes key functions such as equipment control, interlock protection, and operation monitoring.The blast furnace production environment is complex, placing high demands on the stability, response speed, and fault handling capability of the electrical control system.This project was contracted by Xi'an Shaangu Digital Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and Yuanda Electric, as the contractor, was responsible for electrical equipment installation and system commissioning, and cooperated in carrying out subsequent inspection and operation and maintenance support work.During the project advancement, the team verified control logic, interlock conditions, and protection functions item by item to ensure that the system met the design requirements before commissioning.

Electrical control system commissioning is a key link in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit.Based on the project plan, the Yuanda Electric technical team conducted systematic testing and verification of the control circuits, interlock logic, and protection functions.During commissioning, the team focused on the response accuracy of each control node, the logical integrity of interlock conditions, and the reliability of protection actions, ensuring that the system can respond promptly under abnormal operating conditions.Through a combination of phased commissioning and overall integrated commissioning, the team gradually confirmed that all functions met the design requirements, laying the foundation for the subsequent operation of the unit.After commissioning was completed, the control, interlock, and protection functions were all in normal condition, meeting the operational requirements of blast furnace production.
